Giving Back

Giving Back to Our Community

We donate plants, support local groups, and create spaces where people and pollinators thrive across Moray.

At Bloomfield Plants we believe gardening is about people as much as plants. From donations for community spaces to accessible raised-bed planting and charity giveaways, we’re proud to help make our towns greener, friendlier and more resilient.

Community Donations

We gift bee-friendly, Scottish-hardy plants to charities and community centres so their spaces stay colourful, welcoming and easy to care for through the seasons.

Supporting Accessibility & Wellbeing

We help plan and plant raised beds so more people can enjoy gardening. The focus is simple care, long-season colour and wildlife value—spaces that lift moods and invite community.

Charity Partnerships & Giveaways

We run community polls and plant giveaways so local charities receive trees and perennials that suit their sites— and we’ll even help dig them in if needed.

Biodiversity in Action

Our nursery is managed for wildlife with nectar, structure and year-round shelter. Hosting groups like Moray Communities, we share practical planting ideas and donate pollinator plants for local projects.

Community Halls & Shared Spaces

With volunteers and partners—from Men’s Sheds to local groups—we help transform planters and beds into vibrant, low-maintenance spaces that invite people to gather.
